Our Platform
Economic Stability & Opportunity
Every resident deserves the chance to live and work in Orange County without being priced out or left behind. Aaron will fight to make our economy fair — where working families, seniors, and small businesses can thrive together.
His plan invests in good jobs, affordable housing, and small business growth, while connecting residents to real financial tools and opportunities. By strengthening our local workforce, expanding access to capital, and ensuring fair participation in county contracts, Aaron will help build a stronger, more inclusive economy for everyone.
Flood Resilience & Stormwater Management
Too many neighborhoods still flood every time it rains — from Orlo Vista to Rosemont — and that’s unacceptable. When Aaron is elected, he’ll make flood prevention a real priority. That means finishing and expanding the County’s Stormwater Resiliency Plan, building new retention ponds and pump stations, and cutting through intergovernmental red tape to get projects done.
Aaron will launch a District Flood Resilience Task Force to unite residents, engineers, and county staff in identifying problem areas, tracking progress, and shaping local solutions. His plan protects homes, keeps roads open, strengthens local businesses, and creates jobs while preparing for the stronger storms ahead.
Infrastructure Equity & Smart Growth
From sidewalks to streetlights, too many neighborhoods are still waiting for the basics while others keep getting upgrades. Aaron believes that safe streets, reliable transit, and strong infrastructure shouldn’t depend on your ZIP code.
As Commissioner, he’ll champion an Infrastructure Equity Index to ensure every community — not just the most affluent — gets fair investment. Aaron will push for smarter, safer, and more connected growth, expanding transit access, improving walkability, and prioritizing lighting, drainage, and safety upgrades in neglected areas.
Cultural Preservation & Community Identity
Our neighborhoods are rich with history, culture, and creativity — but too often, development pushes out the very people who built them. Aaron believes that progress shouldn’t mean erasure. As Commissioner, he’ll fight to protect the stories, traditions, and local character that make Orange County’s communities unique.
His plan invests in heritage, creativity, and inclusion — ensuring that growth uplifts our culture instead of replacing it. From small business grants for cultural entrepreneurs to a countywide Cultural Heritage Trail, Aaron will preserve what makes each neighborhood special while empowering the next generation of creators and storytellers.
Safe Neighborhoods & Community Renewal
Every resident deserves to feel safe walking down their street, waiting for the bus, or letting their kids play outside. True safety comes from strong communities — not just patrol cars. Aaron’s plan focuses on prevention, compassion, and partnership to make every neighborhood safer and stronger.
He’ll invest in better lighting, cleaner streets, expanded behavioral response teams, and more youth and family programs that prevent crime before it happens. By combining public safety with community renewal, Aaron will help build neighborhoods where people look out for one another — not over their shoulders.
